Shipping

For your convenience there will be no shipping charges. All orders will be individually packed and labelled with Purchaser's Name, Phone Number, Email address and the Name of the player the gear is for. All orders will be picked up by Whitesboro Varsity Basketball Coach Herthum. Coach Herthum will organize a pick up times with each program.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

All payments will be secure using PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to place an order. You can order as a "Guest" using PayPal. A variety of credit cards are accepted.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase for a full refund only if the garment has not been damaged. Items must be in unused, unworn condition with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. If the garment has been personalized it is not refundable.To start a return, please call 315-853-3421 or reply to your confirmation email.  You will need your order number and the items you wish to return. Refunds are processed within 30 business days of receipt to the original payment method.
